  • black pepper
    1/4 tsp
  • cauliflower florets
    6 cup
  • fresh rosemary (chopped)
    1 tbsp (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
  • olive oil
    1 1/2 tbsp
  • salt
    1/4 tsp


  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.

  2. Roast for 15 minutes; remove from oven and stir. Continue roasting for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.

  3. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread seasoned cauliflower on a large baking sheet (use two sheets if they are crowded on one).
