I made the recipe exactly as written. I was skeptical about it at first. Calling for lemon juice threw me off. And I was very pleasantly surprised at just how delicious this is. I put it on a croissant but without the lettuce. This is now one of my favorite lunches to make. This recipe will be on my grocery list and in my meal planner at least twice a month. That's 8 meals for me. It is so good I started eating it for breakfast. Every bite is sheer delight. Just remember the croissants are not on the recipe list and not part of any counts.

At first glance I thought the ingredients were strange wanted to see how this was because of all the thumbs up so I made this for my husband and I and we kept saying how much this salad reminds us of a Waldorf salad, thought that the cinnamon would taste weird but it was actually really good, We had this as a sandwich
