This was my first time making stir fry. This tastes better than any stir fry takeout I've ever had. I liked it a lot. The instructions were clear and easy. The sauce is very tasty and the peanut oil made the veggies taste very yummy!

I don't see tomato in the ingredients list but it's included in the directions. Need to know what kind and how much. Example: fresh or canned?
