There are a variety of gluten free wraps available in most grocery stores. Check ingredients and try to find the lowest sodium wrap. Almond flour wraps are a good choice.
In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, mayonnaise, hummus, celery, pepper, and thyme.
Spread 1/2 cup chicken salad in the middle of 1 wrap. Top with 1 cup field greens. Fold left and right sides of the wrap in until they touch, and roll from the bottom to make a wrap.
Repeat procedure for remaining 3 wraps.
