Heat 1 Tsp. of the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook 3 minutes or until onions are just beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Add the beans, tomatoes, and cumin. Cook 3 minutes or until tomatoes are just tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Sprinkle with the salt and spoon the lime juice and remaining oil evenly over all. Do NOT stir.
