  • 2 cups honeydew or cantaloupe chunks (from the salad bar or cut fresh melons)

  • fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and process for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
