This side dish takes just 5 minutes to prepare and goes great with our Grilled Chicken Wraps. Corn on the cob is also great when cooked on the grill!
Shuck corn, and wrap each ear in a damp paper towel.
Place in ears on a dinner plate, and microwave on high 2 minutes. Turn corn over and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove paper towel, and rub corn with oil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over corn, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
