Directions

Place chicken in a slow cooker. Top chicken with onions and sweet potatoes.

Add the chicken broth, brown sugar blend, thyme, mustard, and bay leaf. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is done.

This recipe was easy and had a subtle sweet and tangy flavor. My family gave it a 3 out of 5. We are new oi eating healthy and found this a little bland, but for what it was, it was pretty decent.
