In a food processor, pulse rolled oats until ground into a fine powder.

Add chickpeas, Splenda sweetener, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Process until mixture comes together into a dough. Add chocolate chips and pulse until just combined.

Divide into 24 portions and roll into balls. Chill until ready to serve.
