Ingredients

frozen raspberries
- 2/3 cup

2% plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp
- 30 g

mini phyllo dough shells (thawed)

strawberry fruit spread
- 1 tbsp
- 15 g

vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp
- 1 g

Directions

Combine the raspberries and fruit spread in a small saucepan, place over medium-high heat, and cook 3 minutes or until the mixture has reduced to a scant 1/4 cup.

Remove from heat, and stir in extract. Allow to cool, about 5 minutes.

Spoon equal amounts in each of the phyllo shells and spoon about 1 teaspoon of yogurt over each shell.
