- 1/4 tsp

grilled sirloin
- 12 oz
- 340 g

cooked potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup
- 1 cup

green onions (sliced)
- 1 cup
- 1 cup

carrots (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup

red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup
- 1 cup

green bell pepper (diced)

Directions

Cook corn according to package directions.

In a small saucepan, heat oil; add garlic and saute until brown.

Remove from heat and cool; strain and reserve oil; discard garlic.

In a large bowl, combine reserved oil, vinegar, mustard, pepper, and sugar. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, if desired.

Combine oil mixture with corn, sirloin, potatoes, green onions, carrots, and both kinds of peppers. Mix well, cover, and chill.

Serve in a bowl lined with salad greens.
