Combine the flour, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, 1/4 Tsp. of the salt and black pepper in a shallow pie pan. Coat the pork chops evenly on both sides.

Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with the diced tomatoes and remaining 1/8 Tsp. salt.
