Directions

  1. Cut each cucumber half in half and slice into large chunks. Place the cucumber in a salad bowl with the cherry tomatoes.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and tomatoes and serve.

    the picture shows cucumbers NOT peeled, however, I prefer cucumbers peeled. It tasted better to me that way.

    It is very good. But the photo doesn't show the real recipe. There are red onions shown, the cucumbers aren't peeled, and the tomatoes are quartered. I will recommend it though because it is a standard summer salad.

    This salad is so delicious the only thing I did different was I added some chopped red onions. The salad has a nice fresh taste
