Sensational Chicken Burgers

Barbara Seelig-Brown created these burgers for a neighborhood picnic. She wanted to make sure that she was going to bring something healthy as well as tasty.

Ingredients

ground chicken breast
- 1/2 lbs

sun-dried tomatoes (chopped, not in oil)

onion(s) (chopped)

fresh flat Italian parsley (chopped)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and form 4 patties. Grill 3–4 minutes on each side and serve with guacamole.

Never thought I'd be a fan of ground chicken but these are delicious. I actually add more garlic. My husband said these are a keeper which makes me happy. Thanks!

Turned out well. I used 1pound of ground breast meat. Next time WAY less garlic. 4 cloves is over kill and I like garlic.

Great flavor! Next time I will do less basil/parsley....1/4 cup was a tad much for me. I also added 3 tsp of chipotle sauce for some spice. Will be making it again!
