  • hard-boiled egg (peeled and chopped)
  • grape tomatoes (halved)
    1/2 cup
  • cucumber (sliced)
    1/2 cup
  • red onion (chopped)
    1/4 cup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 1/2 tbsp
  • canola oil
    1 tbsp
  • capers
    2 tsp
  • dried oregano
    1/2 tsp
  • salt
    1 pinch
  • reduced fat swiss cheese (torn into small pieces)
    1 slice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss until well coated
