  • unsalted cashews
    1 tbsp
  • Performance Kitchen™ Orange Mango Chicken
    1 package
  • bibb or boston lettuce
    4 leaves
  • sliced jalapeño pepper
    1/2 tbsp


  1. In a heavy-bottomed skillet/pan, spread the cashews out in an even layer and heat over medium, shaking often for about 5 minutes, or until nuts are fragrant and lightly browned. Do not burn. Remove carefully from heat, transfer onto a cutting board and roughly chop the nuts.

  2. Microwave the Performance Kitchen meal according to package instructions. Once fully cooked, stir the meal thoroughly.

  3. Prepare lettuce leaves on the plate and transfer the Performance Kitchen Orange Mango Chicken onto the bottom of each Bibb leaf.

  4. Garnish each lettuce cup with a sprinkle of toasted cashews and a jalapeño pepper slice. Enjoy!
