Summary

The avocado is a relatively new crop to Morocco, but it grows very well there. When they are in season, fruit stands prominently display them in large handing mesh baskets. You can make avocado smoothies plain with almond milk, or use avocado in "cocktails" combined with a variety of other fresh fruits. In this recipe, banana adds extra sweetness. Serve this smoothie as a pre- or post-workout snack, or while entertaining friends outdoors.
