  • cubed cooked chicken (leftover or from a rotisserie chicken)

  • low-fat tzatziki sauce (such as Trader Joe's)

  • whole grain pocket style pitas (cut in half to make 4 pita pockets)

  • diced tomato
    1 cup
  • unsalted, sliced dry-roasted almonds
    1/2 cup

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the chicken and tzatziki sauce. Stuff ½ cup of the chicken mixture into each pita pocket.

  2. Top each filled pita pocket with ¼ cup cucumbers, ¼ cup tomatoes, and 2 Tbsp sliced almonds.
