In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the chicken and tzatziki sauce. Stuff ½ cup of the chicken mixture into each pita pocket.

Top each filled pita pocket with ¼ cup cucumbers, ¼ cup tomatoes, and 2 Tbsp sliced almonds.
