I made this last night, didn't think I would be too turned on by the chili powder but I did exactly what the directions called for. It was absolutely amazing!!!! Definitely a keeper for me. As a matter of fact I will be making up a small batch of the seasoning to keep on hand for other meats, I think it would be great on Chicken as well. The hubs loved it too!

Very flavorful but I added salt and extra pepper and cut the chili powder down a notch since it's not my favorite spice. Yummy Yummy! Even the fam loved it too!

I made this for my family last night. We were looking for a low sodium/no sodium added option and this fit the bill. What I wasn't expecting was just how wonderful this would taste. The herbs were a great combination and it started smelling good before I even put the pork into the pan. I did reduce the thyme by half as it has a habit of overwhelming other flavors in a recipe. That's the only adjustment I made and it was delicious. Everyone loved it from the teens to the adults. This recipe was super simple to follow and I had all of the ingredients on hand in my cabinet. It will become a regular part of our meal schedule.
