Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.

  2. Place chicken, plums, and zucchini in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to overnight.

  3. Preheat the grill (or indoor grill pan) to medium-high heat. Thread chicken, plums, and zucchini onto skewers. Discard leftover marinade.

  4. Grill for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and plums are tender.
