  1. Spray a coffee mug with cooking spray.

  2. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, stevia, canola oil, milk and vanilla and stir to combine.

  3. Microwave for 45 seconds.

  4. Top with the walnuts and serve.

    Just awful. Not sweet enuff and tastes like unsweetened cocoa with flour. Maybe it was the fact that I used non white wheat flour that made it taste this way,but I don't think so. I even added extra milk because it appeared too dry. NOT recommended
