I made these for dessert and they were yummy! I wanted to teach my little cousin to make a healthy, yet tasty treat; she had fun and said they were really good. The recipe was super easy. We sprinkled mini chocolate chips around the sandwiches, which added to calories and sugar. I feel they improved flavor, and since they were mini I felt a little less guilty. Next time, we're going to use banana pudding instead of chocolate, to change it up.

I was going to try this recipe, but there are so many thumbs down on the website. I cannot see the reasons why they were not recommended. Is there a way to see why on this site? Thanks
