Turkey burgers are usually hard for me to cook. However, this time I used my George Foreman grill and left the lid up. I only had to spray one side with cooking spray, kept my eyes on it while it cooked to ensure that I didn't overcook it. These burgers came out great! I loved the balsamic vinegar bbq sauce, topped it with all but the cheese ingredients (just not a cheese person) and found myself enjoying every single bite. A great combo, worthy of repeating multiple times.
