Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients.

  3. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake 30-35 minutes or until squash is tender.

    "Cutting butternut squash can be very time consuming." - When all I have is a butternut squash (so I am going to cut one), what size of cubed chunks should I cut the squash? I cannot tell from the picture as it looks like the image has been resized larger.
