  • uncooked quinoa pasta
    2 cup
  • celery (diced)
    2 stalks
  • carrot(s) (diced)
  • red pepper (diced)
  • onion(s) (diced)
  • green olives (diced (optional))
    1/4 cup
  • flavor fresh tuna (pouch in water)
    11 oz
  • Greek yogurt (fat-free, plain)
    1/4 cup
  • light mayonnaise
    3 tbsp
  • black pepper
    1/4 tsp


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water.

  2. In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add pasta and toss to coat. Serve.

    My husband and I loved this without the quinoa. We added whole grain penne instead. It makes a great lunch or light dinner. Not a fan of onions, so we used only 1 TBS. We will certainly make this again.
