  • raw jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Cut each bacon slice crosswise into three pieces. Wrap one piece around each shrimp. Place on baking sheet and broil 2-3 minutes per side, flipping once.

  3. Serve shrimp on lettuce leaves.
