  1. En un tazón pequeño, mezcla la salsa de soya, el aceite de oliva, el vinagre de arroz y el jengibre. Rocía la mezcla de salsa de soya sobre el arroz y revuelve para cubrir uniformemente. Agrega las cebolletas y revuelve para incorporarlas .

  2. En una cacerola a fuego alto, hierve el arroz y el caldo. Reduce el fuego a medio bajo y cocina el arroz a fuego lento hasta que esté tierno, aproximadamente 40 minutos. (Alternativamente, puede usar una olla arrocera para cocinar el arroz). Esparce el arroz con un tenedor y colócalo en un tazón grande.
