  • jalapeño pepper (seeded, veins removed, diced)

Directions

Directions

  1. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a medium bowl. Add the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to evenly coat.

  2. Using an immersion blender, blend until almost smooth, leaving some chunks in the salsa.
