  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.

  3. Scoop into tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls, then press down slightly to form a cookie shape (cookies will not rise, only spread slightly).

  4. Bake for about 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely.
